In 1952 graduated from the Moscow State V.I. Surikov Art Institute, M. Kurilko’s workshop.

Participated in exhibitions since 1952.

Member of the USSR Union of Artists, has the title of an Honoured Artist of the Russian Federation.

The Artist’s works are exhibited in the Museum of History and Reconstruction of Moscow, Novosibirsk Art Gallery and in the Museum of Fine Arts of Karelian Republic (the city of Petrozavodsk).
