Graduated from the Moscow State V.I.Surikov Art Institute in1952. Graduated summa cum laude. His diploma work “Relaxation” is kept in the collection of the Museum of the Academy of Arts in St.Petersburg.

Professor; was teaching at the Moscow Architectural Institute, at the Moscow State V.I.Surikov Institute since 1952; he was an author of some methodological textbooks on drawing and plastic anatomy for students.

Participated in Moscow, regional and All-Union exhibitions.

Gudskov’s works are kept in the State Museum of Revolution, the Museum of Moscow History and Reconstruction and others. The museums and owners of private collections in Russia, Great Britain, Belgium and Germany acquired his works.
