1939 – joined the 1905 art School

1942-1945 – took part in World War 2

After the War studied at the Surikov State Art School (book drawings faculty).

Since 1950 his works regularly appeared in newspapers and magazines.

Since 1951 participated in numerous exhibitions – Moscow, Republican, All-Union, International.

The artist illustrated more than 300 books. His favorite technique: Indian ink, water-colours, gouache.

The artist’s works are exhibited in many museums of Moscow and Russia, as well as abroad.
