KICHIGIN MIKHAIL ALEXANDROVICH

v.Palnikovo (Perm province), 1883 – Yaroslavl, 1968

Studied at the Stroganov Art School in 1903-1908.

In 1908-1916 studied at the Moscow School of Art, Sculpture and Architecture (MUZhVZ) at A.E.Arkhipov’s, A.M.Vasnetsov’s, S.V.Ivanov’s workshops.

Lived in Moscow till 1918, then in Yekaterinburg, Harbin, Shanghai, Nizhniy Tagil, Yaroslavl’.

Participated in exhibitions since 1912.

Kichigin was teaching at different Art Schools and Studios.
