MALAYEV FYODOR PETROVICH Mariupol’, 1902 – Moscow, 1982
In 1930 graduated from the Higher Art & Tech Institute (VKhUTEIN), workshops of V. Favorsky, P. Kuznetsov and K. Istomin. Participated in exhibitions since 1927. The artist’s works are exhibited in the Central Museum of Revolution, State Tretyakov Gallery, Saratov Art Museum named after A. Radishchev and in other museums. In 1960 – Deputy Chairman of the USSR Art Foundation. Member of the USSR Union of Artists since 1932. In 1977 was awarded the title of Honoured Artist of the Russian Federation. Diplomas of the Moscow Organization of the Artists’ Union (MOSKh) and the Moscow City Department of the RSFSR Artists’ Foundation (MGO).
