In 1927-1931 studied at the Kharkov Art Institute, I. Boichenko’s and Kokel’s workshops.

In 1932-1936 took an active part in founding the art of a Soviet poster.

Participated in exhibitions since 1934.

The artist’s works were acquired by the State museums and by the owners of private collections.
